📝 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
For the chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika (optional for color)

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
For the garlic butter sauce:

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs (or fresh parsley)
For the vegetables:

1 cup green beans, trimmed

1 cup baby carrots (or sliced carrots)

1 cup baby potatoes, halved or quartered
🍳 Instructions

Prepare the chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides. -
Cook the vegetables:
In a pot, boil potatoes and carrots for about 5–7 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside. -
Sear the chicken:
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside. -
Make the garlic butter sauce:
In the same pan, reduce heat to low. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add lemon juice and herbs. -
Combine and serve:
Add the boiled vegetables to the pan and toss them in the sauce. Place the cooked chicken back into the pan, spoon sauce over the top, and let it cook together for 2 minutes. -
