Prepare the chicken:
Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. -
Sear the chicken:
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Make the sauce:
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer gently until thickened (2–3 minutes). -
Add vegetables:
