For the chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the creamy sauce:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or thick fresh milk)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or oregano & basil)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1½ cups spinach (fresh or frozen)

  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional, for rich flavor)

Optional Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Extra Parmesan for topping


🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken:
    Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Sear the chicken:
    Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. Make the sauce:
    In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer gently until thickened (2–3 minutes).
