Best Baked Garlic Herb Salmon

A juicy, tender salmon fillet baked with garlic, herbs, and lemon – a perfect dish for healthy eating and impressive presentation!


🧄 Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 150–200g each)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Make the garlic herb mix: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Prepare the salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking tray. Brush the top with the garlic herb mixture.

  4. Bake the salmon: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
